Our Story
Compassionate Support for Children & Families
Our team of clinicians in Charlotte, NC, works collaboratively with physicians, psychologists, teachers, and parents to encourage positive growth in those with the unique differences in perspective found with autism, ADHD, and other forms of neurodivergence.
Our team’s integrative, research-based approaches help individuals and families receive compassionate care and understanding.

50+ Years of Combined Experience
As a whole, Dr. Gray’s team of neurodiversity affirming specialists has over 50 years of combined experience providing services in hospitals, primary care, and foster care settings.
These experiences enable her team to provide compassionate support for individuals and their families as they navigate various terrains.
Through comprehensive evaluations for autism, ADHD, learning, and other needs, we find solutions to develop roadmaps for people ages 2 to 102.

Dr. Gray and her team have spent years furthering their education and training to better understand and serve patients and their families. As experts in our fields, we draw upon our varied experiences to tailor our skills to meet the distinct needs of the individuals we support.
Parent-Based Needs Using S.P.A.C.E.
Researchers at Yale University developed S.P.A.C.E. with a desire to create parent-based treatment programs for families whose children struggle with anxiety, OCD, and other related problems. This program gives parents the tools to help support their children.
