CLINICIAN

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate

Latrelle Rogers, M.A., M.A., BCBA

Latrelle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Salisbury State University in Maryland, and a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.  During her Master’s studies, she completed an internship with the Texas Young Autism Project under the guidance of Gerald Harris, PhD, BCBA-D. 

She continued with TYAP as a Team Lead, working with children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disabilities, in both in-home and clinic-center based services.  During this time, she presented at the annual ABAI Conference on the topic “A Comparison of Two Different Approaches to Teaching Assertiveness to Young Children with Autism.”  Her background also includes working with children and families involved in foster care and the juvenile court system.  Prior to her internship at Central Psych Charlotte, Latrelle worked for a community service board in Virginia where she was the Supervisor for Developmental Disabilities, Case Management and Behavioral Therapy Services, as well as a Positive Behavior Support Facilitator (Certified).  Latrelle has been involved with families diagnosed with Autism for more than 30 years and has witnessed the positive life changes that ABA provides.  Latrelle is married, has two children and three grandchildren.  She is also a licensed private pilot and hopes to pass on the love of flight to her grandchildren or anyone else willing to listen!

Latrelle works directly with Dr. Gray as part of the team assessments. She also offers consultation ($175/90 minutes) and therapy services (for $145/55 minutes). Contact our office for further details!

Glori Gray, Psy.D., M.S.W.

Dr. Glori Gray, Psy.D. completed her APA-accredited internship and post-doctoral fellowship at A.I. duPont Hospital for Children/Nemours. She completed pre-doctoral clinical training through Oregon Health Sciences University/Child Development and Rehabilitation Center (CDRC), Neurodevelopmental Clinic and OHSU Family Care (primary care) Clinic.

Dr. Gray specializes in cognitive, neurodevelopmental, and neuropsychological assessment as well as pediatric health psychology. She uses evidence-based and gold standard assessments to evaluate for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disorders, and other medical conditions/ treatments. She works with families to capitalize on strengths. Her genuineness and follow-through allows her to gain a clear picture of your needs and a lens with which I can develop an action plan to assist.

Her specialties in psychological assessment including evaluating for a variety of neurodevelopmental needs, including autism spectrum testing and related testing. She specializes in administering the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) test and the Monteiro Interview Guidelines for Diagnosing the Autism Spectrum (MIGDAS) to assess for autism-related concerns. She has over 20 years of experience with adults and children with autism needs. She also evaluates for other neuropsychological and neurodevelopmental concerns (including ADHD assessment and learning disorders) as well as for complex social-emotional need. With a strengths-based and therapeutic approach to assessment, she aims to provide families with integrated and useful information, to foster the development of self-compassion and shared understanding, and to identify ways to nurture well-being and positive development in children, teens, and adults.

Dr. Gray also carries a small caseload of therapy clients. Her approach involves utilizing a biopsychosocial model to support those with:

  • emotional, behavioral, and adjustment problems

  • learning differences (e.g., dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia)

  • feeding and sleeping difficulties

  • habit disorders and/or developmental delays

  • anxiety disorders, including selective mutism and OCD

She also completed a specialty in a therapeutic module with the same efficacy of CBT for treating anxiety disorders with children. The SPACE module, centered out of the Yale Child Study Center; holds great promise for parents looking to support their anxious child in just a few sessions.

Dr. Gray currently trains post-masters and doctoral students in the clinical setting, providing oversight of pediatric evaluation and therapy.

Maria Chin

Maria is the Practice Manager and Client Representative and Scheduler for Dr. Glori Gray and Psychological Associates. Reaching out to get testing and counseling support can be an intimidating process. Maria is dedicated to providing a friendly and welcoming voice when you reach out for information or when scheduling your first appointment. She aims to answer your questions and to schedule you with the most appropriate fit for your needs.

Maria is from Bogotá, Colombia and has dual Bachelor of Arts degrees, in Photography and Graphic Design in Florida Atlantic University. She loves to spend time at home with her husband and two small children.
